Position Summary:

• Entry-level Research Assistant I position focused on supporting computer vision model development
• Collaborative role working with experienced researchers to train and refine visual recognition systems
• This is a part time position for 10 hours.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Execute novel and pre-existing computer vision models in our lab
• Diagnose, plan and execute models with guidance from existing members

Education and/or Experience:

• Experience with machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and image processing techniques

Other Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail when working with visual datasets

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Compensation:

• The expected hiring range for this position is $17.25 - $26.00/hour commensurate with skills and experience.
