Sanford Burnham Prebys is seeking an unpaid intern to support the Philanthropy team. This internship will be provided for 8-12 weeks with a minimum of 10 hours per week. The internship will be on-site and within standard business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). The intern will see the full continuum of a philanthropy department, including operations, front-line fundraising and event management.
The Philanthropy Intern will support a variety of data entry and administrative projects, including but not limited to:
-Prospect research
-Data entry/organizing/clean-up
-Archival projects
-Misc tasks
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is interested in learning more about the non-profit industry, as well as CRM database management.
